It's a four-issue miniseries, running every week through December with the third issue out today. Lamentably, I'm away from my FLCS over this holiday season, so here are only scans from the first two issues.
Still, it's written by Jeff Parker, and the art is pretty damn amazing. Not just a chreap Christmas cash-in, but one does wonder if they'll wait twelve months before publishing the TPB.

King in Black: Iron Man/Doctor Doom #1

“As Marvel's resident writer of armor-clad egomaniacs, it brings me so much joy to put Iron Man and Doctor Doom on the page together... This issue won't be just a battle royale -- at least, not between Tony and Victor. The two of them will once again be forced to reckon with their similarities to each other and difficult 'frenemy' status as they go up against one of the worst grotesqueries of Knull's infected Earth… Santa Claus." — Christopher Cantwell

That’s why there’s much richer detail and worldbuilding here, both in Dan’s incredible drawings and in the dense information content of each of the images which are packed like Tarot cards with clues and symbolism and odd little Easter eggs, rewarding careful immersion in each picture. Even the endpaper drawings tell a little bit more of the story. -- Grant Morrison

Klaus and the Witch of Winter

We all know that Santa Claus isn't real. We get to a point as children where we know he's not real. But then we grow up, and get to a point where we think, well, Santa Claus is real. We've known about him all our lives. Every year, we hear about this character. What is that character? What is that power we all understand? Every generation has their own version of it, but it's real. Santa Claus doesn't have to be physically real, because he's emotionally real. -- Grant Morrison

Klaus and the Crying Snowman

For me it's all about Klaus 'cause it couldn't be a Superman story. He would do different things, he would throw the snowman in jail, probably, for being such a cheat. And Batman would be even worse, but Klaus is very different. So even though sometimes he's not the star, he's not the funniest one in the scene, I think to me, it's all about that kind of energy of that character that goes through the whole book. -- Grant Morrison

Spider-Man: Christmas in Dallas!

So here's a special Christmas treat... this was a comic included for free in the Dallas Times Herald back in 1983 (alongside some Spidey-themed ads for local businesses). I haven't been able to find the full thing but I've managed to cobble together most of it from different websites.

My observation of the current nostalgia for the ‘80s in culture, politics and international relations played a big part in Xmasville —- having lived through the ’80s, I can assure my readers it wasn’t worth being nostalgic about in any way... -- Grant Morrison

We want to do one [Christmas special] every year until I die. We wanted to show with the Christmas special that this character can operate in any period... he can come up in World War I, he can come up in the AIDS crisis, he can come up in the Summer of Love... it was to make a point that this character can be used in all sorts of ways by bringing him into the present. -- Grant Morrison
