Date: 2016-04-20 11:09 pm (UTC)But considering this book seems to ignore every bit of character development Scott's ever had (this is a man who was TWICE recruited into the FF to sub for Reed because of his scientific acumen), I'm not surprised by any of it.

Date: 2016-04-21 07:03 pm (UTC)Scott should maybe lack confidence, but he seems like a know-nothing loser who never gets a break and always make bad decisions. That might make sense in like, 1982, but today...after all he's been through and done? It seems weird and nonsensical.
