You know, Harry is a REALLY good comparison--and really, the only thing we have to judge with this take on Billy is his turn-around after the parents leave, and his caretaker's opinion on him (when she honestly doesn't sound so pleasant herself), and the phrase "Billy Batson is trouble," which could mean a lot of things.
