30 Days of Scans Day 25: Favorite “other media” (movie, cartoon, etc)

Sure, there are better anime, there are better manga, but for some reason, I keep coming back to this one..

back when I was a kid, I used to tune in to the Chinese channel just to watch this despite the fact that I didn't understand the language at all. Pegasus Fantasy is one of my favorite anime opening themes.

Pegasus Fantasy is a classic, and I liked that the adapted the armours from the manga into something even more impressive, I loved the first anime version of the cloth's helmets.

But then it becomes weird when you see the second versions based on the manga. I always was like "Why the hell ar the cloths so small now?!"

But yeah, Pegasus' and Dragon's first anime helmets were my favorites.

There was a time I ran back from school everyday just to watch the anime in time, begged every classmate who owned the manga lend their books to me, and collected cards and other stuff from my friends when they had surplus ones.
I still can't get over the "I'm a poor kid having no allowance" feeling today. :P

Ehe, I recently found a hilarious webcomic that is a parody of Saint Seiya. I wanted to post some of it in this community, but the webcomic is in Italian, and the words aren't inside baloons but are written directly over the pictures, so it would be a pain to photoshop the translation :/

I'm going to post just a couple of pages here, with the translation under the link, just to give an idea of what it is like.

Dammit!! How could I forget this manga in the main post? Hell, I've even posted some of the prequel! And it's anime was the first one I've ever watched. It was thanks to Saint Seiya that I started to know more about anime and manga.
