This is one of those issues that's so jam-packed with plot that it's hard to summarize, but I'll do my best. The Joes are participating in their Cobraized version of the Iran-Iraq conflict. Ninja team is doing surveillance inside the capital city, while the recon team (led by Stalker) is on overwatch outside. Flint is in charge of an armored team, but they've been taken hostage by Faoud, a revolutionary against both Cobra and the royal family the Joes are attempting to restore.
