Children of Birds of Prey

madWith the return of Birds of Prey on a bright and shiny horizon, I've been thinking about all the things I'd love to see there. High atop my wishlist, is seeing three particular relationships restored and/or acknowledged.
It is an odd double standard that people like Batman and Green Arrow can have a thousand kids apiece and yet, when female characters take on parental roles, the relationships don't last long in canon, they get ignored or generally get treated as though they are of lesser value. And I think that kinda sucks, big time.
In chronological order, here's a bit about three younger heroes who have had Birds of Prey characters as parents: Cassandra Cain, Sin, and Misfit. (It's heavy on Cass, scan-wise.)

Living with SIN (part 2)

She also met a little girl named Sin who was going to be trained as the next Shiva. Dinah instead brought her back to the US as her daughter. Here I post Sin's next four (and last) appearances in Birds of Prey. From #96, #98, #100, and #109.

No DOOM, only SIN (part 1)

I like Sin and thought there was a lot of potential in her and Dinah's relationship. I definitely hate what happened to her and the apparent reasons why. I thought I would go through Sin's brief appearance (12 issues in all) and subsequent disappearance. Warning: this post contains an amazing amount of Dinah being awesome and badass.
From issues #92-#95 of Birds of Prey (collected in TPB Vol 5: Perfect Pitch) There are a lot of scans here, but I don't go over the 7 page rule for any issue.
