At first, I was like: "Vision? The original Human Torch? Wonder Man? Of course! It makes sense. Two androids and an invulnerable steel-hard ionic energy man. These guys cannot be zombified." But now, I just realised there's something more to it. I.E:
Hank Pym built Ultron. Ultron built Vision. Vision was built out of Simon's mind + The Human Torch's body.
Alternate reality/timeline offspring. But then the Pym/Maximoff tree hits back with reincarnated offspring. Which...pretty much destroys the purpose of a family tree but we don't talk about that.
It really does remain disturbing no matter who is with who. Though yeah, sorry about my phrasing. I meant that Vision wasn't 'zombified', but he was wrecked up with his limbs removed and hooked up to a radar thing. And he's stuck in a either an incredible state of denial, or he's partially lobotomized, because he still has the hots for zombie-Wanda and the entire thing is...weird, or pathetic.
In I think Marvel Zombies #2 or #3, can't remember, they showed that Vision wasn't zombified but they removed his limbs and hooked him up to some radar/radio thing.
And they pacified him using a zombified Wanda. A heavily decaying Wanda. Love's...blind?
Since they're dumping people from other baronies of Battleworld into zombieland, he might be a Vision from a different reality entirely. Or Ultron made a back up copy.
Almost certainly. IIRC the Marvel Zombies Vision didn't have the waist... uh, band thingie, like this more classic version does. I was just commenting on the suggested immunity on the zombie plague.

Ultron built Vision.
Vision was built out of Simon's mind + The Human Torch's body.
This is just one big happy (?) family reunion.

The patwork world? Green Lantern's Oa when the Old Timer got crazy.
Jim Rhodes? He is now Steel, along with the chrome armor, the visible face and the hammer.
Crossbones and Bucky have their own Suicide Squad composed of criminals sporting electronic collars to keep them in check.
Ok, the Squadron Supreme and/or Sinister has always been the Justice League, so it's a given.
