Man, this whole week has been all about resurrecting old TV shows in comic form or adapting current stuff to comics. I mean there's this, Heroes, Bob's Burgers, the freaking Power Rangers...it's kinda surreal.

It's been the way of things for a while, what with comics for MacGyver, Muppets and Fraggle Rock in the past couple of years alone.

The fact that a pile of big announcements continuing the trend are coming out from SDCC is hardly surprising either.

Oh agreed on that score, but I think it's appealling to a broad enough timeline that they will appeal to different people.

An Archer comic seems entirely plausible, but it is very recent.

Awesome as this is, I can't help but feel that the best way to continue the saga of Samurai Jack would be in video game format instead.

Specifically, in a video game developed by Platinum Games (blame Metal Gear Rising if you're wondering why I think this way).

I will read the shit out of this book. This show was key in the evolution of my 7 year old imagination.
