Whilst appreciating that there are other steps to be made for full equality, we should celebrate the great stride that has been made this week in the US.
Canada, Europe and the Antipodes welcome America to the concept of same-sex marriage or, as it will now be known, "marriage". :)

As of recently, our class of would-be superheroes have just gotten their new assignment. Coming up with a superhero alias for themselves! Let's take a look.
When last we left our not-in-these-scans heroine, Prowl and the Constructicons formed Devastator to wreck Metroplex's spacebridge so as to stop Starscream from creating a Cybertronian empire. Then a bunch of other Transformers combined and put down Devastator and Prowl got arrested.
When last we left our exasperated heroine, she was defending Metroplex's spacebridge as Swindle and a bunch of Decepticons stormed it. Meanwhile a bunch of combiners were duking it out over on Caminus... again.
ALSO! Several of you have commented in previous posts that you enjoyed Sarah Stone's artwork on the issues she did. Well, guess who now has an art book out? (Hint: it's Sarah Stone.)

GREEN LANTERN: EMERALD DAWN I and II was the post-Crisis origin of Hal Jordan as Green Lantern. It added the odd "Hal Jordan was convicted of drunk driving and served 90 days" that was dropped by INFINITE CRISIS. But it put elements to Sinestro's background that have continued to this day, although rarely expanded upon.
