I mean, you're not *wrong* but there is also some sense in making a character the focus of their introduction, especially a newbie to the expansive Legion mythos. 😉

Poor Jeni shouldn't be so hard on herself. She's an Allen. She's got two generations worth of lowered expectations to measure up against. That may not sound like a lot, but when one of those generations is Barry Allen, that's some impressively low expectations. (And this was 90s Barry "pure pureness" Allen, not modern Barry.)
