Can he detach the razors and swap them for prosthetic/robotic hands? Or can he stick his knife hands into a robot glove that then connects to his arms or something? Heck, maybe his arms aren’t the only thing made of knives. Maybe he’s like that pirate dude from Family Guy and all his limbs are just razors.

I don’t know, with the way you describe him I’m kind of disappointed his arms don’t look like this.
