This is scanned from a reprint of DAREDEVIL #164, written by Roger McKenzie and drawn by Frank Miller. Some panels are remarkably similar to "The Master Race" story by Bill Gaines and Al Feldstein, art by Bernie Krigstein. Judge for yourself. (Edit: Some pages are no longer upside down.)

Matt Murdock tells his origin story to Ben Urich. Unlike other times Frank Miller had retold Daredevil's origin, this sticks close to the story from DAREDEVIL #1. The major difference is Matt is still in college when Jack Murdock is killed.

Nothing about Matt and Foggy becoming lawyers and starting their own practice before Matt puts on a yellow costume.
Personally, I prefer "retellings" when Foggy Nelson is right there with Matt, first when Jack wins the big fight and then next to Jack's dead body. I think DAREDEVIL: YELLOW first had that.

And back in the present, Daredevil is recuperating from an encounter with the Hulk. In a hospital. With his mask on. Comic books are weird.

Frank Miller redid Daredevil's origin with John Romita, Jr. in the MAN WITHOUT FEAR miniseries. That had Matt as about 12 when his father was killed, and he immediately went after the Fixer's men and beat them up badly, the Fixer still having a fatal heart attack. And, despite whatever training he was getting from Stick, Matt was 12. There's a Hit-Girl joke there somewhere.
The DAREDEVIL: SEASON ONE graphic novel doesn't say exactly when Jack Murdock was killed. When Daredevil confronts the Fixer, the Fixer says "Battlin' Jack was years ago!"
As far as I know, Ben Urich hasn't been seen since the 2017 SPIDER-WOMAN series.
