Okay I beat Valkyria Chronicles and on new game plus I'm starting to see what you mean. And on new game plus I just beat the chapter 3 mission in one turn using only Alicia evade boosting her at the start and healing her once. She just ran by the enemy units, killing a few and then took the base. This isn't that fun anymore.
