Harper Row becoming Nightwing would feel weird to me, I mean she hasn't really appeared much (I dropped Batman after Death of the Family, but prior to that she was in what, two issues where she actually spoke? And maybe one after that?)

It'd feel unearned and annoying to me if this character who I barely know and don't really care about suddenly became the new Nightwing. Especially because the Nightwing identity was originally the result of a lot of character growth and development.
