Can't get the image to load here, or on Rall's site. (Are you linking directly to the image on his server? You shouldn't do that. Hosting it on your own site, or an image hosting site (I like postimage.org, myself) is the polite way to do it.)

Using a workaround, I got it, so, here we go.
