As Alfred walks away, he hears Bruce say "come back." Alfred turns around and sees Bruce, holding the grappling gun, sheepishly saying "I was talking to the hook." Just so awkward. :D
But yeah, I'm really enjoying this take on the origin. In some ways, it feels like the standard Batman origin, albeit blown up to such a scope that not even Nolan could pull some of it off, and then in other ways completely subverting your expectations. Really good stuff, definitely can't wait to see where Snyder takes it next.
