When was the last time the JLA weren't jerks? Pre-Identity Crisis? Maybe Nightwing's team right before the reboot. This version of the Justice League (both teams) just seems like an extension of how Johns wrote the Trinity during the Infinite Crisis era. As a bunch of self-absorbed tools, not heroes.
