Armadillo definitely seems to suffer from inconsistent characterization. I first encountered him in his Marvel Universe profile and thinking he didn’t seem like such a bad guy. He even reformed and joined the Rangers during the Initiative, I think.

Honestly, his whole deal makes me think he should rogues gallery hop over to Ben Grimm.
